"My son cut his eye open while on the soft play clearly it wasn’t cleaned or wasn’t properly maintained Also the staff I gave him first aid didn’t know what they were doing. I would recommend kids going here as if they have the same incident as my son they won’t know what to do"

"First visit since before start of pandemic. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed 2 games of bowling in a bright relaxed atmosphere. Several fun gaming/arcade type machines in the entrance corridor, a large soft play area for the youngsters, food, hot drinks and a bar add to the enjoyment had by young and old (like me!). Friendly helpful staff."

"It was great fun, plenty of space, we had lunch too, basic but well cooked, ladies in restaurant area work hard probably need another staff member although didn't have to wait long, and table available in another restaurant towards the back. No one to clear tables or look at the toilets. The only issue is the parking, very limited, we had booked lanes but had to sit in car and Hope another family would leave soon"
