After a year of going to Lemon, my nails have grown and the shape of the nails have improved. Nothing would make me go anywhere else."

"I am very sad to write this review, after being a loyal customer to lemon for well over a year, coming every 3 weeks without fail. I used to find them so kind and patient. I found my visits there so relaxing and encouraged my mum to start going. I used to bring my little girl with me regularly. Unfortunately, lemon is not the salon it used to be. I used to love how they never rushed you, and as a result you never left the salon with cuts on your fingers - now every manicure and pedicure is rushed, with zero attention to detail. Today I left with 5 fingers that are cut and sore. Not only have they put up their prices but they have started adding on charges for nothing. For a very basic Mani and Pedi recently I left a full €100 poorer. I could not believe it. The woman who was at the desk when I paid that day, then rudely questioned me on the tip I was leaving. Today, I tried and failed to communicate what I wanted on my nails, when the nail tech couldn't understand me, he just laughed at me instead of asking a colleague or trying to clarify. I just don't accept that I should have to have nails for 3 weeks that I don't like, because he was too lazy to ask a colleague for help. Sadly, I don't think I will be back to lemon. The experiences I am now having are the same ones I had at other salons, which had made me appreciate lemon so much. Now, it's just the same as all the others."
