I've been to several hospitals in my lifetime (unfortunately) and this is easily the most pleasant. "I'd sincerely like to thank the Minor injury unit today for taking very quick action in caring for my two year old daughter. We were seen very quickly, therefore, a very fast service. The entire team were friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and completely professional. The nurse practitioner was unbelievable, (I believe she was called Hannah although I could be wrong) she knew the issue within less than 2 minutes of assessing my daughter and resolved it with a quick manipulation of her arm. I was genuinely surprised by the efficiency and overall excellent care of this NHS service. Thank you team."
