"First experience at this salon, went in for a facial. Experience said and done, the cons outweigh the pros. The pros: 1. Lovely accessible premises, in the heart of Malahide village 2. Treatment room is soundproofed, tranquil and beautiful - well away from the other treatment areas 3. The therapist was lovely and listened to skin concerns, and provided a calm and relaxing experience The cons: 1. Credit card details are taken at time of booking and are held on system in the event of less than 24hr cancellation notice. However, no sms or telephone call is provided the day before to remind you of the appointment 2. The facial is not a collaborative process - there is no sit down facial screen process prior to the facial and products are applied during the facial but you are not told the name or purpose of it 3. Online price lists are not updated, so I paid 5 euros more for the service than what it is advertised at 4. The card machine systems were down, so the salon wanted their sister salon in malahide to process my card details over the phone for payment 5. Reception is formal not friendly and welcoming Overall, in my personal opinion, there are better facial experiences for the same price. On my first impressions of the service, I would not recommend the experience to a friend."

"Very poor service. Pedicure done very flimsy, too much nail polish and nails painted just horrible. My little daughter would be able to do them way better. 35 euro for 30 min service that is just pure rip off! When I was waiting for almost 30 min for my nails to get dry the lady went to another room with her next customer. Never came to check on me or to say good bye. Very unprofessional."

"Yesterday was my very first time to visit this salon. The invitation came from my Aunt as a birthday treat for a deluxe pedicure while my Aunt had a facial. I must say I was very disappointed the service in my opinion was very poor. I was left waiting for about 20/ 30 minutes for the girl to return to check that my toes were in fact dry and that she could remove the tissues from between my toes but as no one came back to me.I just left the room myself went straight to the area for my coat and we left without a good bye or how was your treatments. Also during my time having the treatment at least 3 people entered the room without knocking looking for one thing or another for me it was anything but a relaxing one hour treatment."
