"DO NOT GO. I got lash extensions there yesterday and within less than 12 hours both my eyes were infected and swollen. Absolutely disgusting place with zero hygiene. I went up to get a refund today and they reluctantly gave it to me while explaining this ‘usually happens’ and will calm down in a week or so. Absolutely unacceptable."

"I visited this salon for the first time yesterday on the recommendation of both my mam and my sister who had both been previously and are both regular customers. I can only say that I was blown away by my experience and will now make this my go-to salon. The salon itself it a beautiful modern space that is well equipped to meet the needs of the customer ,the staff could not have been friendlier and their knowledge and expertise was second to none. I would recommend this salon to anyone and look forward to my next visit."

"I’ve been there once as I was in howth for a few days but I usually go to another salon. Rose is more expensive, which would be ok if the quality was there. But it’s not. They didn’t put the shellac high enough on the nail (I didn’t notice before the evening) so basically on the very same day, it looked like my nail has already grown . I also didn’t notice that despite three coats, the shellac is not even on each nail. And finally after only one week, some of my nails are breaking and shellac doesn’t last. Shellac usually lasts 3/4 weeks on my nails so I definitely don’t recommend. Also, not accepting credit card in 2021 for such high amounts is not very convenient. I just put two stars as the staff is super nice so at least that’s something... but unfortunately that’s the only good point."

Also, they have been so good about personal protection and making sure everyone stays safe in Covid. They have fantastic massage chairs for pedicures too!"
