I was given appointment to one doctor but procedures was carried by NON registered doctor in Ireland and clinic .The doctor was on the phone all the time while I was on a chair doing root canal treatment( i mean non stop calles and video call from shopping) . She told me very unappropriet things regarding my jaw. I had contacted clinic after as I had to repeat appointment and explained how unprofessional I was treated and paid half of the root canal price and I do not wish to return to that doctor but clinic didn't suggest anything and the girl at reception was careless regarding my complaint, nothing. I feel its like a conveyor at the clinic, no one cares , because you will pay for the pain and if you gone another one will come."
