"Becoming new parents can be overwhelming, especially when it comes to buying everything you’ll need. Premier Baby were so helpful from start to finish in more ways than one. All of the staff there are friendly, informative and eager to help you decide what’s best for you personally. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured like in some shops we visited where all they cared about was getting money behind the till. We ended up getting our whole travel set (plus some extras) and furniture from here as it was the lowest price we could find and the convenience of it being in the shop ready to view whenever is amazing. Customer service is 10/10 and I haven’t received such amazing service in a very long time. We had a few issues building the furniture so John came and looked at it for us and obviously managed to sort the problem out straight away. He went above and beyond and we are extremely grateful as it took all the stress away from us. It’s nice to have a company locally that cares about their customers, makes a change!
