"Nice little shop with a very friendly staff."
"Went here today in my mobility scooter. Had to move a trolley so I could get past. Didn't know the post office part was bigger as dont use the po much. Only for the girl behind the counter to say. Look at this big poster saying Post Office. Very rude. Needs to learn how to be polite. Not a very good shop for people like myself who have mobility scooters."
"Queued out of the shop. Three members of staff , only one in the post office. Waited 30 mins to post one parcel. One of the staff didn’t have a clue what he was doing and really shouldn’t be working in the post office. The place is freezing cold, the staff are wearing coats, hats, gloves and scarves. Stock all over the floor, trip hazards everywhere. The women who work there are nice enough but there are never enough staff to cover the post office and the shop."
"Recently moved to Norfolk. As a small biz owner, I posted quite a lot of packages every day. To help the local community, I opt to buy the postage in the post office instead of printing it online as they will earn the commission in this way. Unfortunately within a week in two occasions, one of the staff upsized my packages from large letter to small parcel while the package passed through the large letter size guide ruler. I do not appreciate this practice. Another lady was very nice tho, at least more honest in charging the correct postage fee."
"When I usually shop here the staff are lovely, however i went two days ago (20/03) and the lady on the tills was very rude. I went to post a package and she was very dismissive and condescending. I dont know how she got a job in customer service to be honest. Id accidently taken a hermes package to this londis instead of the Coltishall londis. My mistake I know but Ive not lived in the area long so it's an easy one to make. I didnt argue or anything I just went up to the till and didnt even say anything before she rudely blurted out "first of all the post office is closed right now and even if it was open we wont post that its hermes. Read the box". I then said "oh okay" and she just stood there in silence and I walked out. I was planning on buying items at the shop as well but I went elsewhere as I was so shocked and unhappy with how I was spoken to. Would have complained but not sure how or who to. She really shouldn't be working there, she's losing them customers. Update for Ajay: This happened at around 2pm on Saturday. Thank you for looking into it."
