"Update (16Feb2023): Mr. Martin gave me a call after seeing the review. He explained clearly what service was undertaken in my vehicle as part of the Pre NCT check. I’m pleased that this organisation has taken customer feedback seriously and promise to take constructive steps to improve the customer service. Hence changing that rating to 3 star. (13Feb2023) Recently this place is getting bad review’s and now I understand why. This organisation has to seriously consider customer reviews else it’s going to loose its customers. Visited this place for a pre NCT service after a friends recommendation and seeing lots of positive reviews. The person in the reception had no knowledge about the service and did not ask for any details. Just charged €99 for pre NCT test. When I went to pick up the car the arm rest was broken and the person in the reception did not brother to apologise nor allow me to talk to the mechanic who attended my car. He also sent a follow up email with recommended services, which were all over priced. Definitely the company should consider placing some knowledgeable person in the reception."

"Late on Saturday evening the 28th Jan , on the motorway near Leixlip, we had a puncture in the car. The tyre was destroyed so the air pump/foam combo was no good, and with no physical spare wheel, and with us having to make the journey home to Limerick later that evening, we were very lucky to ring Naas tyres on their 24/7 service. They were on another call out but kept us informed of expected arrival time and when the repair guy arrived, (I didnt get his name) he was very fast to swop out the tyre and replace everything in as short a time as possible. And at this stage, we had made it to a relatives using their spare wheel, and this was at 10.30 at night in a housing estate, the change was done with minimum noise to wake any children, and was very professional. I would highly recommend them, especially if you are in a pickle as they saying goes and we are very thankful to them."

"I had a punctured tyre, and while searching for a 24/7 service, I found the company Mobile Tyres. I called them around 6:00 pm and the mechanic, Martin, got to my place around 7:30 - 8:00 pm. He fixed my tyre in less than an hour. The price is reasonable, as they come to your place at any time when needed. I am quite pleased with their overall service; they all really professional and honest. I would highly recommend this company."

"Brought the car in recently for wear on the exhaust, checked and I was quoted €270 (a competitor garage quoted €170 but were going to weld the damaged pipe, Naas tyre & autocare telling me the pipe is too thin to weld and they don't rate the other garage) anyway booked the car in because it was the only garage in the area to get it done within 2 weeks An hour after dropping the car in, mechanic rings me to say it will actually cost €400 because there was a mix up with the part, of course I'm fuming and they know I'm stuck and need it done ASAP. While I think the work on it was ok, to be quoted €130 more because there was an "error with the parts on the sytem" is just bad form"

"Got a diagnostic done in here as I had a light come up on my dashboard and was told they’d get back to me with a quote the next day to fix the issue. Heard nothing back for a week had to ring twice and they were saying they’d ring me back but heard nothing. Their mechanic said that my glow plugs were different and they couldn’t source them from Mercedes and that someone must’ve fit wrong ones in before (they’ve never been changed before). I went to Mercedes and got the glow plugs that they had ready in stock and changed with no troubles. Looks like the job wasn’t as big as they thought it would be and they weren’t bothered so just made up random excuses to get rid of me. Wouldn’t recommend."
