"Paid €600+ for a full service and pre-NCT. BMG neglected to mention that they no longer provided tyres, and sent us off with a dangerously worn tire. We of course failed the NCT (they had also failed to align the headlights), and were told by BMG that we should have had the initiative to double check their work. We had the initiative to bring it to "professionals" for our service, but we will know better than trusting BMG next time. When brought back in, they only charged me parts cost for the new tire, not labour."
"I had Peugeot, it had lot of problems with wiring system and specially with the can bus. I brought the car to main dealer and I was very disappointed because they diagnose the car but they couldn't fix the problem. friend of mine advised me to contact BMG after contacting the owner and having a quick chat about mine car, so I noticed straight way he understood the problem what I was talking about. I was mechanic myself for years because of health reason I had to stop. but to cut the story short they fixed my car I value them professionally high with very good knowledge and very friendly ."
"Do not go near this garage for how this business is run. The manager is a cheat and you will be charged for 'extra' or 'unexpected' work. I have noticed that tendency since I have brought my car few times. Never again! It is impossible to argue with him even if you point him out a few good reasons you are overcharged , he'll talk on top of you with the avalanche of excuses why you have to pay extra. He has no clue about pricing, agrees to do job cheap, just to get you, after the work is done you will end up paying more."
"I cannot recommend Boyle Motors enough. I had a problem with a LandRover starting, and 2 previous mechanics told me they couldn't find the problem, let alone fix it. Ian at Boyle Motors identified the issue in no time at all (burnt contacts in the starter motor), and rather than go for the expensive and easy option of selling me a new starting motor, he repaired the old one for a very reasonable price. Excellent service, and I'd happily recommend them to anyone."
