"I was extremely impressed with the excellent customer service that I received from the manager of my local branch at Wymondon in Norfolk. I phoned to make an enquiry in the morning regarding a Hayter lawn mower I had seen on their website and by late afternoon it was delivered personally by the manager to my my doorstep. Whilst with me he gave me a full demonstration of the mower and allowed me to keep the mower to test out myself without taking any form of payment! I was allowed to keep the mower to test out for as long as I needed to. Within 30 minutes I was using the mower to cut my front lawn. So impressed with it I called the local branch the next morning to make payment. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name because he really made my day."
