"If you're thumbing through reviews of PDR services wondering whether you can trust them, or what sort of job you're likely to receive, then I sympathise - that's been me over the last week trying to work out who to call. Something, I have no idea what, a falling firework is my best guess, but it's only a guess, put a small dent in the roof of my car. I've added the photos of the 'before' that I sent Roman to give him, and now you, an idea of the problem - the blu-tacked 50c piece provides a sense of scale. A small but sharp dent with the surrounding area slightly kinked. Now there's no point trying to deny it - I'm fussy. To paraphrase Oscar Wilde, I'm always satisfied with perfection... But in this case there is zero point adding an 'after' photo because there's nothing there. Literally nothing. Not even the centre point scratch of the dent - Roman polished it out. The roof of the car is as it left the factory to the naked eye. He's normally booked out solid - all the good people are - my advice would be to be patient and wait for him. To top it all, he's a very nice man to deal with too."
