"I went to the garage to have my damaged door inspected after speaking to them on the phone. The person looking at my car inspected it for all of 10 seconds and told me it needed a new door. I filled in the relevant forms and was told someone would be in touch. No one ever contacted me. Went elsewhere and got the damage repaired without needing a door change. Despite not ever receiving a quote I'm sure I paid far less than any door replacement would've cost. Really bad service"
