I was dealing with a very helpful guy called Stephen.i was even offered a loan car while mine was having the work carried out.I left my car in early morning and my car was ready by the evening when I finished work. "Disastrous service, no advice and terrible quality, I have a plan which I found by chance looking on the website since in the office when they made me a quote for services they did not mention it to me and they made me pay around a thousand euros when that could have been been covered by a plan whose price ranges from €400 for 3 years, they recommended me to change the front tires in April 2022 and I changed them, when doing a review in November 2022 they tell me that the tires must be replaced, the tires I had when I bought The car took 2 and a half years to be changed and these new ones only lasted 7 months, I always have problems, the first time I hired a premium service that included vacuuming the inside of the car and when I picked it up they told me that they hadn't vacuumed it because they had to aspire a lot, does that make sense? There is always something to pay, zero professionalism and care with customers."
