"Absolute disgrace. The staff at front desk was extremely arrogant,rude and disrespectful today.Not willing to help at all and speaking in such a rude manner! In the past brought my car for a service to another bestDrive branches and never had an issue but in Dundrum was treated so badly that will never again would do any service with them."

"COWBOYS! If I could give negative stars I would! Booked a service and exhaust repair online. I was called the day before to advise that their emails weren’t working and they couldn’t fit me in for another 3 weeks time. I explained the car issue and was told it would be repaired on the new date. When the date arrived I was left waiting for 40 mins before staff opened the store (website and door both indicate opening hours of 8.30am). Checked the car in , despite their utter disregard and lack of acknowledgment , and once again advised that the car was booked in for a service and exhaust repair. They called later that day to say the car was ready. It was only when I questioned the price and status of the repair that I was told they couldn’t repair it as the part was unavailable. They’ve wasted weeks of my time and now I have to find a capable garage in the area to fit me in before I book yet another full nct. The staff were rude, unhelpful and clearly did not care. They are just after your money, I don’t even trust that they performed a full service. Do not waste your money going here."

"I went in 10 mins before closing, with what i thought was oil dripping from the engine. They quickly took my car and checked it, he confirmed nothing was wrong, thankfully. They were very accommodating and really reassured me. Would gladly book in with them."
