"Beware when buying from this company - if they make a mistake they don’t care that it’s at your expense or time - they don’t read any messages properly or answer them accordingly they simply state “ it’s very rare that we make mistakes” really?? well you did this time! They sent the wrong item bright red boots despite the right item black boots being on the enclosed invoice. Then expected me to place another order for the correct pair another £78 while I find a post office, package up their mistake and wait for up to 7 days for a refund for the mistaken item !! Awesome customer service where the only person out of pocket is the customer who incidentally doesn’t have the item that I ordered in time for my special event now !! I also gave you the opportunity to respond to this complaint privately - an opportunity you declined by telling me you would send a returns label only to send it 24 hrs later with a copy & pasted generic response not appropriate to my multiple messages - so go ahead and buy from this company but don’t expect them to fix their own mistake - something I note from other reviews is common."
