"Absolutely wonderful place. A complete hidden gem, very polite and helpful staff. It was finally time to replace my last pair of Solovair which have given me well over a decade of weekly if not daily service. They sell factory seconds here for about half price which was a VERY pleasant surprise. My only regret is not coming here sooner! Also you can browse their full range (still a little cheaper than online) in an intimate, very well presented room. You are literally across the road from the factory, tours will be restarting in the new year. The quality of Solovair/NPS's products cannot be overstressed. (No, I do not work for them!) Thank you for a great experience, we shall be back again."
