"This place is diabolical. I find it hard to believe anyone here is actually trained in mental health problems. They promised my suicidal brother that they would book him onto a course to cope with suicide and then failed to book him on which meant the course was cancelled. Not very helpful when trying to cope with suicidalnthoights and not feelingnsuportedm they have also cancelled his last 2 appointments without more than 2 hours notice. The receptionist is so rude she should work in the police force. Absolutely unbelievable."

"If you are mentally ill, this is the last place on earth you would want to meet a psychiatrist. I went through a 2 hour inquisition which left me so traumatized I would have killed myself immediately if I had not been left so mentally and emotionally exhausted. AVOID psychiatrists here."
