"I have just had an excellent haircut by Kayleigh today. She has a very professional manor & totally listened to the brief of the style I wanted. To begin with I was greeted by a trainee - who's name I didn't catch - she was cheerful & welcoming & it made a change to have a conversation with a youngster who could have a relaxed chat without being shy or feeling awkward. Throughout the cut Kayleigh was talking the student through my cut & the youngster was enthusiastic & asking the right questions on how to achieve the style I desired. I was impressed, as one whom has trained may staff Kayleigh was a good teacher & really informative. I believe Sean the owner has now retired, and Kayleigh has taken over the management of his business.
