"Would not recommend terrible service. My hair has been left ruined by charlotte. would give 0 stars if that was allowed in order to post. Wanted my hair coloured from a dark brown to a natural light brown I am instead left with ginger patchy hair. She stated the only was i could lighten my hair was with a bleach bath despite me stating i did not really want to use bleach and questioned other methods (which i now have found out are available) - she assured me a bleach bath would not be that drastic and the only way to do it- she took hair samples to carry out strand tests before yet despite me chasing her multiple times she never showed me the results. Had she actually carried out the tests she would have seen how damaged my hair would be and the colour outcome which was bright orange. I left on my first appointment with a massive patch she had missed she claimed she had not seen it when drying and styling my hair however as you can see it is quite noticeable from the first two images and had been tucked behind my ear i believe this was so i did not refuse payment. so on my first visit she allowed me to leave with uncompleted hair and hid it so she would still get paid the £105 she charged me. I allowed her the opportunity to fix it so returned she however had just fitted me in around another customer and left the dye on my hair for 1 hour and 20 minutes which had began to burn my scalp at this point as she was too busy dying and cutting the other ladies hair. However the fix she attempted to my dismay only lasted 4 washes despite me only using the sulphate free shampoo she suggest i buy which costed £13. My hair began to fade to patchy orange hair as you can see from all the other images the front and back aren't even the same colour. I again contacted her still only 11 days after it had been done as it had not lasted any time at all and she refused to provide me with any sort or refund her reason given due to her 'service and time' the only service she carried out was a terrible one as the images show. Her only offer of rectification was to dye it back dark brown which i refused due to me coming in with that colour i did not want to pay all that money to end back at the beginning. I asked for a refund again to which now both her and the salon owner have now chosen to ignore my messages. Highly unprofessional way to deal with complaints. My hair has now been left so broken and thin i cannot have it redone for quite some time and am going to have to have loads of my length cut due to the now destroyed condition. She has caused years of damage to my hair and despite charging me extra for olaplex i do not believe it was even used as it has done nothing to stop the bleach destroying my hair. She has no conscience she has ruined my hair and shows no remorse clearly due to her not providing any sort of refund and now ignoring me, despite me making her aware i'm now going to have to pay £95 to fix the damage she caused so in total I will have spent £200 to get the colour i initially asked for. Avoid at all costs she only cares about money not customers. Horrible hair colourist and person has no morals quite happy to provide a terrible service and keep the money."
