"Went to see a car listed on line, sales man couldn’t be bothered when asked to look at cars and get the keys. When asked if there was any room to negotiate price and was told he wouldn’t even reduce it by £2.00. Asked questions about the engine was told I don’t know. Absolutely shocking customer service and never going there again."

"Sold me an absolute dog. When it was still in warranty I had to chase for over 6 weeks to get £100 back for an Aircon regas. That didn't even fix the issue but luckily I got it sorted on a "common issues thing" But then the real fun started with engine issues galore. I'm guessing they managed to patch this car up to sell on. And I'm paying the price. I haven't got back in touch with them as I'm out of warranty and tbh I'm not sure they'd be any help anyway based on the Aircon. I bought this car in June. Look at the date of this. Shouldn't be the case with a 2018 car."

"Bought a car from them. The salesman was ever so helpful until we broke down on the way back from they courtyard. They told us over the phone to take it into the next garage and all repairs will be covered by them. We have send them the invoices and after 10+ phone calls and emails to 3 different staff we never got a reply let alone our money which was over £500. 3months on the car was recalled as they unable to fix it. They provided us with a different model and make. ( we had to pay extra as there was a price difference)Very bad customer service as they only seems to care about you until you pay for you car. Definitely NOT recommend them as they never get back to you if you got an after sale issue."

"Drove from Cardiff to test drive two Citroen C4 with different spec. I'd called in advance to ask if both cars were available, but when I arrived I was made to feel like I should only need to test one. Sales guy begrudgingly allowed me to test two. Genuinely really liked the second car, but wanted to try an estate on the forecourt because we had also been looking at them as a good alternative with lots of luggage space. Was told I could try the estate if I was going to buy it. I think the sales guy misread me as a time waster or he is just not good with people. His manner and service completely put me off buying. Possibly a narrow escape based on quite a few after sales reviews."
