She also made sure i was comfortable and relaxed during the patch test and lash extension appointments, she talked me through the process and was happy to proceed with the procedure even though my lashes were/are quite "different" I'm African and my lashes are very very curly and getting them to stay after using my sleep mask was hard because of how curly my natural lashes are.
