"Great services as always the staff are very friendly helpful and polite."
"Very poor selection of sandwiches etc, and even at that they're often pretty much sold out by the time I get there in the afternoon. But there's a wide variety of drink options. Service is a bit rude as they just turn their back on you once you've paid, without a word of thanks, and without giving or offering the receipt (and yes I wanted my receipt, and waited for it, but they didn't even turn back to me to notice that I was standing there looking at it hanging out of the till, waiting until it became too awkward and I gave up ---- twice). The shop is small, with few seats, so that if you're not tucked away in the corner you will definitely be in the cold from the open front door. But hey y'know, it's an Insomnia, nobody ever actually goes there out of choice. It's more for when there are no other options."
