"I have issues with 4 windows they fitted, in less than a year they were misting. The man you need to speak to is abusive and threatening when questioned about replacing them. He can only be reached if you phone from different numbers and still can't get the issues resolved months down the line. Also your guarantee isn't worth the paper its written on! Avoid this company at all costs bunch of cowboys fitters."

They are happy to take your money , but when it comes to issues with the windows the guy you need to speak to avoids you at all costs and can never be reached or when you do get through he lies to get you off the phone. Your guarantee is worthless because it means if they have to replace the issues its going to cost them thus why they avoid taking the calls. Save your hard earned cash, go elsewhere, they deserve to be on watchdog!"

"Called in there mid Friday afternoon looking for 6 Fascia boards. They had them, excellent price and they delivered within 15 minutes. I couldn't believe it. Dunno the guys name who runs it but he is a very helpful guy. I'm not saying every delivery is done in 15 minutes that's impossible but even so, I was gobsmacked with the great service I had."
"Would put no stars if possible. We built a new house three storeys which included two sets of patio doors, front and back doors and had durabuild windows installed. Within 4 years five of the window pains had blown. On contacting the owner over several visits, phone calls, complaints etc we were told nothing could be done despite having a written guarantee which proved to be worthless. This was even before he changed to DuraPlas. Even Fensa did not want to know as they Do Not??? Cover new build only replacement windows. Now 9 years after our build we have a full door, 3 windows and a bathroom window which have also blown and need replacing. In effect you are paying twice over if you build and intend to live there. The original installation may have been good but the salesman at the time threatened us that if we did not pay prior to installation they would not come out. I am truely sorry that we ever had their windows installed after our ongoing expensive problems and experience. My son who built next door to us has had the same problem with his house. We are first time self builders."
