"Disgraceful branch manager, incredibly rude, after being promised next day delivery for an event I had to travel to, it never turned up, I was told it was my fault as I should have planned better, and they would never have told me it would turn up the next day, she is a total disgrace to being a branch manager, talks over you, say her piece & walks away from you, totally unacceptable, she certainly needs retraining. I complained to their customer service, they said the area manager would call me, over a month later ......... nothing, says it all. Moss Bross - Dross, DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH."
"Went to both here and the store in MK today, difference was night and day with the Bedford store being a very good experience. Hannah was clearly very busy with a group however still made time to assist me and offer suggestions. I imagine if she was able to give full attention it would have been even better. Definitely recommend from what I've seen today."
