"I think the staff in your bridgend store, specifically the bathroom and kitchen design woman needs a lesson in how to treat customers. Asked for prices and help with some bathroom items for my parents only to be met with ‘if you want prices just go on the website and look yourself’. This isn’t the first time this same person has told us this. dont worry we walked straight back out of the store and across the road to Homebase who were more than happy to help, horrendous customer service from this woman. Even a single price for one item when asked she snapped at us to go and find one of her colleagues to do it."
