"There isn't a minus one Star as that would be my first option. I have been de-registered from the clinic and they did not even bothered to let me know . I had an appointment on the 25.03.2022 that unfortunately I did not showed up . I was pregnant at the time and the first 5 months have been so hard to take in . I was constantly feeling sick ,weak and for a while I was a high risk pregnancy and in between all of that I missed my appointment. When I have called the dentistry to book an appointment I have been told that I am no longer enrolled with them due to missing the appointment. I have said that I have a strong reason for not attending but they just don't care. I had to email 4 times and call about 3/4 times for the practice manager to get in touch - Iraj is his name.from the 13th of Dec 2022 I have only been contacted on the 18th of Jan 2023. I have missed the call and he left a voice message stating that I will be called on the 19th but no call has been received . And then I just got a email saying that I am no longer with them and they will not re-register me . I have emailed 4 days ago asking for that call to be returned but Iraj - practice manager is just ignoring my email. The idea is that your parents can die and in the middle of all that you can miss an appointment and the practice just wouldn't care of your reason ."

I explained my concerns to Nicole and she talked me through the process. Nicole was very approachable and professional. She communicated with me throughout and made sure I was comfortable.
