"Floor staff need training here, issues last 3 times I went in looking for something specific, no assistance, you are sent from one dept to another and it comes off as the staff wanting to get you away from their section, happened twice in store last visit and the girl just shrugged when I asked her a question. Didn't bother checking with anyone else, i nearly expect this treatment every time go in now. The products on offer are great but the service is lacking when you go around the store."
