Bought it back Dec 28th, showed Stephen in the Naas store the pics, he couldn't confirm the fault due to store lights being so bright. Was given an email to send the pictures to & done so while still in the store. Within 20mins customer service gave the go ahead to exchange the tv. Stephen was such a nice man to deal with, he understood the issue & was extremely helpful even though his hands were tied by not physically seeing the issue I had. Great service today, thank you"
