"Went with my Dad today so far very friendly and helpful, they are arranging car pick up for clutch problem to fix. Car was picked up Tuesday with no problems with Tony, car was fixed and ready for us to collect on Friday 24th Feb. Clutch was fixed cost just under £600. better price than Swift garage services we used in the past but had items not put back properly in the past."
"Been using Tony for more years than I can remember. Always great service at great prices. Also one of the few old school mechanics left in the area that problem solve mechanically instead of with a computer. This garage is always very busy (which is a good sign), meaning you may naturally not always get call back at the time you were told. Do not be put off by this whatsoever. I would rather them be busy fixing cars than be on the phone."
"Used Tony for a first time after a recommendation from a relative for a service and MOT. Excellent, timely, friendly and informative customer service and will certainly use again."
"Would not recommend. Car went in for a fault with the aircon and after spending over £400 the problem seemed to be fixed, after taking it to Kwikfit to be re gassed it wasn't possible, there was another fault found. I'm not blaming them for the problem, my gripe is with the service. I dropped the car back off as requested on the agreed day for the electrician to take another look, by this time it was my fourth visit. I called at 13:40 on that day to be told the electrician was there and he would be asked if he could spare five minutes to take a look, seems like it was an after thought as the owner asked me to take it in on that day as the electrician would be there. Arrived at a little after 16:30 to be told the electrician didn't have time. Communication is poor and you will be messed about, on this occasion i feel they couldn't figure out the problem so aren't interested, would have been so much easier to admit that and i would happily move on, as I've said I'm not blaming them for the continued fault, just the service. Make your own mind up."
