"Delivery people a disgrace, told me on phone an hour before delivery that they didn't have time to take the doors off the fridge and put back on, even though it would cost me €60 extra, if the fridge didn't fit in through the door. Told me they would leave the fridge in the garden. Rebuked me for not giving them door measurements even though I wasn't asked to do so by salesman. Told me it was my fridge and it was up to me to get it into the house. Would give zero stars if I could."

"Although power city is the last place I'd shop for electronics, I went in a couple of weeks ago. It looked like zombie land. The staff walk around like they couldn't care less, standing around talking and not doing much. I unfortunately had to return to this store to buy a cheap phone and to my surprise, the staff members had changed and they seemed like they were actually interested in helping. Let's hope they continue to improve."

"Months ago had massive problem with returning a kitchen extractor fan from Power City, find my review, it' s worth learning about PC..Swore to never buy there again, Sadly needed a house phone so drove for 30 min to Bray, get home to find wrong model of UNIDEN they brought out. Should have checked, so finally I will say to all : someone should use a vise-grip on their nuts! They should be going out of business NOT Argos."

"Good clean a bright store BUT was left standing at customer service counter for at least 15 minutes to collect an online order wouldn't have minded if it was busy But again four or five staff standing around chatting to one another"

"A really great experience. Despite being obviously very busy (as not a lot of staff were on duty) Séamus was so friendly, professional & helpful & spent quite a bit of time with us going through all the options to find the solutions that suited us best for a new hob and oven - while also looking after other customers in the store to the same high standard! In the end we got a beautiful hob and oven at a great price, and were delighted. He gave us his name and contact details if we had any issues or further questions at all and then got two other younger assistants to help us try to fit the oven into our car so we could take everything away there and then with us - the two guys were so patient and helpful, even though they had to take all the packaging off and try many different manoeuvres and angles. Fair play to Power City - their customer service is well above other similar stores, and this is why we will go back for the rest of our kitchen items... Thank you."
