Reviews
"It's an extremely small Tesco store and the staff aren't very motivated. However for such a small Tesco, there's a good variety of products"
"Standard small Tesco's, but normally has a good selection available. Has it's own car park, so access is good. Also has an atm on it's property if you need cash."
"Good little local store. Quite funny to see kids from Thomas Becket shoplifting about home time. Get there early for hilarious kids nicking sweets. Quite brazen about it and they dont listen to "advice" just swear at you. Worth a seat."
"Delivery trollies and staff constantly blocking in front of the shelves and aisles. Self service check out seems to be hardly serviced itself when it works. Hardly any bags there either, baskets don't get refilled, inexperienced staff who don't know how to ask for help with 1 till open for 10 waiting customers and what fecks me off the most, it that you put a overloaded basket on the till and you get the same question every time, "do you want a bag?" Of course I want a bag! How am I going to carry my shopping out of the shop without one? And when they do pack your bag, it's suddenly a "fit as much shopping as you possible can in one bag!" competition. Bread squashed every time. Why this store is open is beyond me."
"Can't believe how bad the service was... Leanne was serving me the first time I walked in and refused to serve me as I talked to a friend I knew from school in store and she had no identification with her so I was refused. Then we returned with her with ID and she shouted to the till I was being served at saying "he was with others earlyer!" Telling the gentleman who was serving me not to. I was served eventually after the staff laughed among themselves but nobody else was in store so I was served. This is terrible customer service and an imbarisment to Tesco staff."
