"Never Again! Booked an appointment for an eyebrow lamination for a Tuesday evening. When I arrived I was offered no patch test and was asked if I have ever had an eyebrow lamination before. I told them I have never had one before or an eyebow tint previously. I was then asked if I have ever had a lash lift, I said I have done but that this was years ago and that the treatment wasn't carried out by them. The only thing I was advised was that it would be similar products being used. No patch test provided, no waiver asked to sign that one was never carried out. By Thursday morning I woke up to extremely red and blistered eyebrows which continued to get worse. I called Friday morning to inform them what had happened and was asked to send pictures. I tried to be polite about the entire situation but found their response regarding the entire experience really poor. They tried to insinuate that it couldn't have been an allergic reaction as it was a little over 24 hours for symptoms to appear. I asked why a patch test wasn't carried out....especially considering this was my first time having the treatment, and that I am pregnant. The salons response was that even if I had a patch test, I still could have had a reaction. This was really insulting, of course I may have had a reaction to the patch test...but that is the entire point of a patch test in the first place. I had asked for a refund and was told they would refund me but not because of 'the fault of the treatment' but due to the inconvenience. Absolutely shocked they have not accepted any liabilty in this matter. My confidence has been extremely knocked due to this experience and I hope that this place gets there act together and are much more responsible with patch testing in the future! I will never return here based on this experience and how they handled it."

"Absolute rubbish. Appointment was for 4.15, I arrived at 4.05 and was told to sit in the foyer. Was still that at 4.25 and lots of other customers were coming in. When I went in the girl was sitting there waiting for me and when I said I had an appointment she thought I wasn't turning up. I explained I had been there since 4.05 and she said "oh I won't have time to finish your French polish. Absolute Shambles never again. Don't bother."

"Didn't get what I asked for. Manager was abrupt and not very helpful. The lady who did the nails made no conversation. Was very awkward and not a great experience. Expensive for what it was. Not impressed"

"Lovely and clean. Staff are really friendly. Had my nails done, bio sculpture which is much better than acrylic. Nails are so much stronger. Highly recommend"

"I had a manicure the young lady was nice enough however for the price the nails started coming off after 2 days so for 28.00 it was not worth it I don't think I would go again. The young lady did say the only thing with this is it doesn't last like as if she was saying it wouldn't last. I haven't been in touch with them either as I don't think they would do anything."
