"I didn’t have a very pleasant “first time experience” the polish guy who works there unbelievably rude you wouldn’t for a second think he was a customer service assistant! Completely dismissive and asking him a couple of questions seemed to be such hard work for him!! If you don’t like your job maybe you should change job roles. You don’t speak to customers in a rude manner and behave like it’s a massive chore to answer their questions. I was disappointed with the way I was spoken to."
