"Absolutely appalling service. Today, extremely frazzled and looking exhausted due to not having slept for 5 months thanks to my recent bundle of joy, I went to collect my Evri parcel. Inside the parcel were bigger clothes for my baby who decided to have a growth spurt over the weekend. I asked at the counter to collect the parcel, only to be told they didn't have enough staff. Never mind, I thought. I'll come back later. I tried a bit later, only to get to the till to be told that I needed ID, which was strange as I hadn't been asked that before. Seeing as my brain is the constancy of soup these days, I don't carry ID or bank cards in case I lose them. I do, however, have my bank card saved on my phone to make purchases. I showed them this but that wasn't good enough... although I'm sure they wouldn't object to using it to pay for something. I offered them the email that had my details on. No. I tried to find out why they suddenly needed ID when I've been able to collect before with no problem. 'Policy' (although didn't seem to matter when my husband picked it up!) I was also called a liar when the woman said she had told me earlier that I had needed ID, she hadn't said that at all, she was jabbering on about not being able to have parcels behind the desk. No mention of ID (and as I explained earlier, I hadn't needed one on any of the other times). To say I was frustrated was an understatement. Literally only trying to cloth my baby. I may have said some unfortunate words and left in a tiz. Let's blame exhaustion and frustration, because I'm really not that kind of person. My lovely husband got my ID and the email along with his ID as we have the same surname. He visited maybe 3 hours later when staff had changed. He went in. He asked for the parcel. They couldn't find it and then realised it had been left behind the till. They gave it to him. No questions asked, no ID needed. The parcel says Kayleigh and he clearly isn't a Kayleigh, so their 'policy' is utter nonsense. They obviously thought it was OK to upset a frazzled mum who had to go in twice because they can't cover their own shifts, only to say she couldn't use her electronic ID to pick up clothes for her child. Seriously, choose one way to operate, don't pick and choose as you please. Will not be visiting the store again."

"Amazing staff they are always kind and helpful. Sometimes even too lovely by calling you always darling or dear which for some cultures are reserved only for the family and might be a bit offence but they are great shop is always clean, well maintained."
