"disgraceful and bullies, not account for my wifes mental illness and when I tied to apologies it was suggested they threw me out. Only a year ago I put myself at personal risk to entre the shop when the staff were under threat and stay until the Police arrive in numbers. Thanks 18 years of shopping the the alleged manager would not let me even speak. Should they have stop to hear what I was trying to say that than maybe my explanation in relation to my wife might have been explained. Its a disgrace that a local store behave like they do. I put my wife at risk for them a year ago and they wont even listen. This will be copies to Budgens as I am sure they wont not think this behaviour is condusive to protecting there brand. Never will I shop there again and I will spend the considerable amount of free time I have ensuring all the residents of this close village understand what values they hold close. I shall be asking for the video (GDRP, but apparently this will not apply, so I will request the video in writing tomorrow just to show how I was treated. I care for the community and if after the support I have given I hate to think how you would treat the less equipped. Not acceptable, threatening and not becoming of this town."
