"I ordered a 3 piece sofa set last September. Each time I rang I was assured it was on its way. Yesterday the second of February, nearly six months later I rang yet again. They told me the order was cancelled and there would be no delivery. No explanation to why. Shocked and so dissappointed with the company. Even worse I had to ring to find out my sofa would not be delivered...they need to do better."

"Avoid Avoid Avoid I really wish I read these comments before I ordered from them. They promise 7 days for delivery and it took 19. I contacted the customer services team, they promise to respond within 3 days, it has been one week. Whoever is running this show is inept and this company will not last long. Whatever model they are running regards stock management and fulfilling orders is obviously not working judging by the review being left here. I regret getting involved with Oxendales."

"I have order nearly 653 worth of goods I cancelled order couple of hours after purchase I am now in a dispute about a refund they state as it a high amount it will take longer 3 phones calls over 4 days not one rep explained this. All you get too is we have escalated this numerous of times. Which is just an email sent to the account department. I still have not got a refund after 5 days now Reading of a script in front of them. It is also legal requirement to confirm proof of refund to be givento which I was told we can’t give you proof. All you get told is it is definitely done and your refund will be given so they basically expect you to take there word I require by Irish law and uk law proof of refund stated in an email of this refund if that can not be provide this is a breach of consumer and retailer law which will incure a fine."

"The online user experience was so frustrating, trying to contact customer services wasn't easy. I wasn't given an option to give a different delivery address from the billing address and when I contacted support to do it, it took days to get a response to say they'd look into it, by which time, the order was already on its way. It was delivered to the wrong address in the end and I still haven't had any follow up from customer services, days later. I received separate dispatch and tracking emails for each item and each were billed separately on my card too which would very odd and a bit of a nuisance. Oxendale really need to take a look at their processes and sort themselves out."

"Ordered a large mirror online as it’s not something I can just carry home on the bus. It arrived broken with no foam or protection around it and no obvious fragile stickers for couriers to be aware of on the box. I rang customer service and I am expected to ‘dispose of it safely’ myself. Worst customer service ever, I still can’t believe I’m left to deal with this mess, it’s a disgrace"
