Reviews
"Even though they used to sell cigarettes to children at least it didn't cost a kidney for a 4 pack of stella back then"
"Good local cornershop. Has changed range and prices over the last year as the new owners have got an alcohol licence. Now sells Real Patisserie bread."
"This has always been such a nice, convenient and friendly store. Unfortunately an unfriendly and unhelpful youngish female shop assistant with long black hair seems to have just started working there."
"Handy local store with a nice, wide range of goods, inc. a good variety of sauces, spices, "exotic" items and canned good, all standard day-to-day, foodstuffs, newspapers and a small "sundries" section. Staff helpful."
"Disgusting service and rudeness. Went in with a young friend who wanted some fruit, tried to get her a banana as she was feeling faint. He rushed me to pay for my goods whilst I was trying to get him to add the banana on my card payment (for which the card transaction is 25p). Made her feel bad and I paid for my goods. Then she found 21p for a 25p banana, I asked kindly as a local resident who tips and gives change to charity to let her off the 4p or I could bring it to him after I went to my house (~10 meters away), he declined. I suggested that it was not good customer service to treat me and my friend. The place lost it's alcohol licence because of dodgy dealings in the past and they still continue to sell tobacco to underage school kids."
