"What a beautiful shop. Everything I need is there. Very nice and helpful cashiers."
"My favourite Asian grocery shop. Very good customer service. Helpful people."
"Was going to Aldi after going for a walk. I thought I'd see what was in this shop. Walked in woman behind the counter was facing my direction, we exchanged a hello. I'm walking up one isle, back down, looking at random things on the shelves (all different things many quite random). I see some dried Banana I think hmm maybe. As I've been in there all of 2 minutes she loudly asked me if I'm OK. I said "yeah not really looking for anything in particular just having look before I go to Aldi as maybe I could get something here instead". Continue looking up one side down the other... As I'm coming down the last isle I see she has moved to watch me again. At this point I'm just plain insulted like she obviously thinks I'm here to shoplif and I decided to forget the Banana and just go to Aldi. I felt sorry for the shop and thought I'd check it out... Instead I'm made to feel like I'm not trusted to be there. Having laid eyes on pretty much everything in the shop I'd say this could fill the gap that say Aldi doesn't and there was quite a lot of international food that might be familiar depending on what region of the world you're in. Didn't really look in the freezers. In all I'm sure it's a good shop for various world food. But just felt like I wasn't actually allowed to look around like it was a big deal me actually being curious. I don't go to a lot of different shops so yeah felt like forget the Banana chips if this is some big problem for you... Honestly nothing except the Banana chips even interested me so I don't know what she expected I would be stealing? Some random jar of I don't even know, or a bag of lentils? They have CCTV I noticed perhaps just look at that rather than basically following me and watching me."
"Honestly this is mu favourite shop, I go here for gyozas as they have the best ones. The woman who runs it is so lovely too, they have so many different things I could get lost in there. Prices are really decent too, 5er for 30 pork dumplings. It's 4 quid for 12 in the supermarkets."
"What a find! An amazing shop filled with a wonderful mix of Asian foods. The couple who run it are lovely and nothing is too trouble. Please support your local traders!+"
