"I bought a hose from the Rustington branch last week, this week I got a call saying the sprinkler, which came with the hose, had fallen off and was still in the shop. I had no idea the hose had a sprinkler anyway, but was pleasantly surprised by the phone call, and the chap even organised it that the sprinkler was delivered to the Billingshurst branch for my collection. This was service above and beyond what I would expect, and I even got a call from the Billingshurst branch telling me that the sprinkler had arrived. Thank You Screwfix for reassuring my faith in human nature!"
