"We were greeted warmly by management, and taken to our table. Our waitress was Sienna and from the start she was very polite and helpful. She was happy to serve us and definitely went the extra mile for us. It’s been a while since we’ve received such lovely customer service. She was smiling, friendly and lovely to speak to. Working in customer service myself I know how hard it can be but can safely say Sienna was a breath of fresh air. She is definitely an asset to this restaurant! The food was nice but it was really the service that made our night!"

"Adequate. Hate leaving poor reviews, so let’s say the service was good, but the food is pretty basic. Only dropped in for the breakfast and everything was fairly low quality. Could’ve been a breakfast from a well known, cheap pub chain - but at twice the cost. Doesn’t surprise me that our local Cafe Rouge closed down over lockdown. Wouldn’t return."
"Our family popped in here for lunch during our stay. It was coming up to nearly am hour's wait from ordering food until the last meal was served. Sadly, it was the children's meals that was surprisingly served last which worsened the situtaion. After having waited 40 minutes for the food initially we enquired into how long it would be until the food would be served and were told 7 minutes. After another 10 minutes we asked the manager who said they were very busy which was quite concerning given the restaurant was about quarter full (see attached photo taken several moments after speaking to the manager. A minor criticism was that we had to ask several times for various condiments and at no point did any staff approach us to check everything was okay with our meals (coincidentally which would have eliminated the condiment issue). When we received the bill they had applied a the full service charge. I did not want to create a fuss about this at the time as there was one member of staff who was absolutely superb. Friendly, attentive and worked really hard making sure that customers were looked after - I even made a note to take his name which was 'Manny.' It did not feel right that all the staff would lose out because of what appeared to be a logistics problem. My son has been in contact with Cafe Rouge to try and come to and resolve the matter as my son made a complaint about the service was made to Center Parcs about Cafe Rouge on my behalf. Unfortunately, the manager attitude was to say that we were told when we arrived that we were told there would be a 45 - 50 minute delay on food service. There were nine of us in our party and can confirm nobody was told this information."
"The worst restaurant I have ever food. My daughter and son were so looking forward to have dinner. We ordered burgers and steak… the burger was dry… salty… had no other appreciable taste… the burger buns were so dry… the fries were totally lifeless.. the steak was dry… rubbery.. felt like it was old cheap meat.. the pepper corn sauce was tasteless and salty.. I would not even allow a dog to eat food in this restaurant… it’s a scam.. Only reason I came out having a smile was the staff.. they were friendly.. and very polite.."
