"I went to this dentist on 4th of October. First of all she took 20 minutes of my appointment for another patient, and then she had 20 minutes and was doing everything in a rush. She did 2 fillings that day, I came back home and was having really bad pain but I thought that it’s normal for the first couple of days but then this pain was not stopping for some weeks, after that it became normal for some time and again I have severe pain for 4 days now, I can’t sleep, can’t eat, painkillers don’t help and I don’t have even energy to go to work. I tried to call today on their number but I got no answer. What am I supposed to do now ???"

The whole process from dealing with receptionist right through to treatment was flawless and efficient. My actual dentist talked me through what options I had and when the decision was made for treatment talked me calmly and clearly through the process. Highly recommended staff and service."

All involved were really helpful and non-judgmental with all my coping strategies (which includes placing a scented tissue over my nose!). Dentist was kind and went at my own pace, reception went above and beyond to make me feel at home.
