"My 87 year old neighbour lost some fence panels in the recent storms, he ordered 5 from them, 4 would fit fine and 1 needed to be cut to size. Because of his age I’d offered to help him put them all in the day after they were due, when I went over to see him the 4 that didn’t need cutting were already in place, apparently the delivery driver had slotted them in for him. There’s not many companies would have done that and it’s really impressed me. Obviously the driver didn’t know that help had been lined up, he just saw and elderly guy who’d struggle and went the extra mile, great stuff! ."
