"I made an order via deliveroo but did not receive it. The delivery driver alleged that they couldn't contact me. But the delivery address is an open office. I received a refund but Starbucks are now declining my orders. I have been ordering from the restaurant frequently for a few months now. And they are now ignoring my calls. It's unprofessional."

"Just visited this branch, amazing service from the staff! While I was waiting I had a lady cut in the queue in front of me (not sure if the staff saw) and found she was quite demanding towards the staff. I didn’t say anything and waited my turn (again), was greeted by a lovely lady (Sarah I think) who apologised for the wait, made my order and I was about to pay when another staff member (Jake? His name badge was faded) said it was on the shop for my long wait! As said at the start, brilliant service who go above and beyond for their customers! I really appreciate it!"
"Usually really good service but cold and uninterested staff today that all appeared stressed. Coffee and toasties good as usual, but had to wait a few minutes for 3rd to arrive. Asked for napkins and knives for 3 of us. Provided with a long piece of blue roll and one knife and told thats all that have."
