In the end had to redesign pattern and get another delivery by 3.00 in the afternoon. 4 o clock I had to call cos no one had turned up. Had to go to shop and buy extra bricks and was wandering around with another couple of people as there was nobody in warehouse to help with our order. Worst experience ever."
