"Our bike was stolen back in July and was found by police later on in July. The police instructed Krislyn motors to recover. Krislyn made no attempt at contacting the owners of the bike until 10th September by which time the storage charges were over £700. Even though we asked if anything could be done about the charges as we'd only just found about them, Krislyn would not budge. They 'conveniently' do not accept card payment and wanted to be paid in cash or BACS transfer. We decided to pay so that we can collect our motorbike only to turn up today to find that it was burnt out. Krislyn at not point mentioned this and now having being the victims of theft of a motorbike are now another £700+ down. I would say to anybody thinking of using this company to just go else where. Krislyn are not professional in the slightest and even if you have to deal with them because your vehicle has been recovered there, I would ask for pictures of your vehicle first. We have now sent a formal complaint to Krislyn Motors and will look to take this as far as we can. We will also be passing on our experience to South Wales Police in an attempt to have Krislyn removed from their list of support agents."
