"I'd been looking for a reputable company to repair two dents in my brand new A7 bonnet caused irresponsible fireworks, two rocket sticks coming down on the car. In particular I needed someone skilled in aluminium dent removal. This is particularly difficult since aluminium lacks the memory of steel and needs expert working. I researched the Internet and called a number of dent removal companies and none gave me a sense that they were confident or skilled enough. I eventually rang Simon at DenTox and after a discussion and looking at photographs of the dents Simon believed it to be difficult but doable and gave me the confidence and sense of professionalism that seemed lacking in other companies including some nationals. Well today was the day, I left the car with Simon and hoped it would be fine even though the odds were not good as the two dents were directly above the strengthening braces under the bonnet, just my luck. I got a whatsapp photo some 4 hours later showing a very shiny apparently dent free A7 Bonnet. What a fantastic job Simon had done. I scrutinized the bonnet and couldn't see any trace of those horrible dents none at all! I am so relieved and delighted to have my gorgeous A7 looking like it did when it came out of the showroom as it did just a few weeks ago. In our world people find it very easy to complain about everything and seemingly anything but very difficult to take time to recognise great skill and customer service. The photos are not great as they don't really how deep the dents were but the after shows no trace if the dents, in aluminium panels that is a great job!"
