"Very poor service from the older chap here today, was told that balancing tyres are extra! Imho when you get a tyre changed it's an all in price. No mention of what's not included given therefore I was forced into asking about the balancing when i noticed it not being done, very disappointed as it was my first visit due to being so close to work. Will never return and will tell others to avoid also."
