Reviews
"Poor selection of sizes in stock in Blanchardstown. Prices are well hidden inside the shoes, should be clearly priced. Shoes are good and comfortable to wear."
"I was just in this store very rude and poor customer service I would not recommend this store. I was just looking for present for my wife I will shopping on line from now on.. If i was bare foot I wouldn't buy shoes in this store even if it was last shoe store open on the planet..Disgraceful treatment of a customer"
"Went with my husband today to buy a pair of shoes for him in Econ Blanchardstown . While I did not have any issue with the staff or their service to us I found it totally unacceptable that the shoes that we were considering and indeed so many of the shoes did not have any price label. While the young girl serving us went to get the size for my husband to try( even though they had no price) I decided to have a look at some of what looked like really comfortable ladies shoes. I think I picked up seven shoes, none of which had a price so I would not even consider buying. When the shoes for for my husband fit ok and he was willing to purchase the only way to get a price was for the assistant to refer to a catalogue. When I queried why so many products were without a price the assistant advised that the prices labels fell off all the time. Suffice to say that is not an accepatable excuse. If the shop is charging €120 eur for a pretty basic pair of shoes the least they can do is make sure the price label is on them. I for one will never shop in a store that does not have its prices shown. All other shoe shops that we visited inBlanchardstown seem to have clear visibility of their pricing labels working. If the labels don’t work prperly it is not the fault of the assistant! Ecco need to sort this and in the meantime I will not be shopping there again.!"
"Good shoes although bit steep. The leather feels good."
