"Seems like in this age of masterchef and all these fancy food tv shows we see with michelin stars , all cafes went this fancy way and its very hard to find real good old fashion cafe, specially in Norwich. Well this cafe is that good old fashion cafe! You can come sit down incognito without too many questions like what milk cold or warm youd like in your coffee?, you can pick your seat and table you want not like in other cafes where you follow the waitress to the seat she shows you etc. small but important little things that make this cafe ideal. perfect english breakfast, bacon is always nicely done and crispy on edges. Best cafe in Norwich."

I stuck to a coffee and a freshly prepared bacon roll, which was tastier than the reheated offerings served up by many chain cafes. The service was efficient, and the atmosphere unpretentious. Should you be a smoker, there are a couple of tables outside equipped with ashtrays."
